Ms
rappier asked if he was satisfied with the delineation* He was. It will be a
Fast system.
Public comment: none.
VOTE Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 15 October
1038 at 8:05 p.m. to renotify abutters and readvertise the hearing.
Unanimous Vote.
HARING CONTINUED.
8:20 WILLIAM Bi, KELLY to remove a mobile home, concrete slab and two
sheds and to construct a two bedroom single fly house and appurtenances
at 376 Monomosco r Road. Jeff Ryder of BSS Design presenting with Mr.
Kelly. It is an old mobile hone and slab. The lot is narrow and the upper
portion of the plan shows the entire lot. It is on great River and salt marsh.
"here are two fines showing the inner and outer riparian zones.
Mr. Sherman did not disagree with the dehneation. He advised there was an
appeal as to whether or not great River is a River. This has not received a
decision so the Commission will call it a River until such time as it has.
Mr. ]Ryder stated all work is beyond the 200' hne, therefore no forms were
provided.
Mr. Sherman stated near the area marked BVW there is Groundsel tree, the
northern side of the property, probably not salt marsh, but a condition may
have to be added that if any future work is done within the riparian zone
near the BVW, there may have to be a more rte delineation.
