15 October 1998 <br /> Page 9. <br /> offer of Land; There has been an offer to donate 18 acres in South <br /> Mashpee, the Pine Ba.mns, for tax purposes, with the condition it passes this <br /> year. Town Planner highly recommends that this be accepted. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the donation. Unanimous Vote. <br /> roup m There is a dock violation. An enforcement order was sent. The <br /> Agent is to meet with soon. <br /> 40 Polaris Drive: The builder, Dam Wider, is not answer g certified mai. <br /> The new owner has been reasonable but A was made clear that if the builder <br /> does not resolve the issue of the violation, the homeowner will be responsible. <br /> The new owner wants to seed .a portion of a slope but cannot add to an <br /> eNisting illegal lawn. The Agent wants to go to Town Counsel to see what is <br /> the best way to handle this. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated it is more difficult. It will be necessary to go after both <br /> at the same time. The new owner will have to be made to understand this. <br /> Stone, McElroy; The three lots previously before the Commission were <br /> turned down by the Board of Appeals. <br /> Conservation Lands: Mr. Shaw agreed to chair a subcommittee to oversee <br /> work on Conservation. lands. <br /> Applications,* Mr. Rosenberg suggested deferring any utters which � <br /> require Board of Appeals or Board of Health approvals until the applicant <br /> has received them. The Commission has to handle thein two weeks, the <br /> other Boards do not. A rule should be set that applications would only be <br /> accepted where all other permits became a part of the application.
