3 December 1998 <br /> Page 11. <br /> Town Meeting Articles; Article for the Santuit Pond parcel have been <br /> mitten and submitted by Town Planner. <br /> Indian Museum Parking Lot: A grant for $24,583 was received for storm <br /> water meter. The Agent met With the grant coordinator and put together a <br /> timetable. There is a lot of work left to be done that is not going to be that <br /> easy. The design work is to be finaii ed. A list of materials needs to be <br /> drawn up and this needs to 90 out to bid. Question was raised as to how this <br /> should be handled. <br /> The Town has to put $7682 up front that will be reimbursed-by the State. <br /> The Agent suggested taking the money out of the Conservation Fund, The <br /> Town's share can be services, not cash. Reimbursement ill not be until <br /> after the fiscal year. Where are mks that have to be ironed out. He wiU be <br /> meeting with Town Accountant. There will have to be a torn meeting vote <br /> for the $24,583. We will have to contract out for a Clerk of the Works for <br /> approximately 10 to 20 hours. A Commission member ober could be considered for <br /> this. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated if it is not possible to get someone to do it as a gesture <br /> of good will, maybe a member of the Commission could do it and be <br /> compensated for it, <br /> The Agent stated Mr. Johansen will be hired to do the paper er or . <br /> To be discussed next meeting. <br /> McCormack: An emergency certificate was signed for 77 Tide Run for <br /> leaching failure. <br /> 1 ACC Annual Meeting: A. schedule of workshops was distn*buted. <br /> DEP Forms: New forms have been received and are being reviewed for <br /> content.
