A goad hke <br /> this may need planning board permission and permission from the Fire Dept. <br /> The bylaw says a permit cannot be issued until all other obtainable permits <br /> .re issued. <br /> The Chair asked that it be made clear to the Applicant exactly what was <br /> needed from hien, <br /> Mrs. Bernard asked how someone could own a goad? <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated there is no road here- it is not a town road., it is a <br /> private piece of property. <br /> Mrs. Bernard said it is a private road and Mr. Rosenberg asked who said so. <br /> 1r. Sherman stated the more appropriate forum for these questions would b <br /> the Planning Board. <br /> Atty. Conery stated they are going to take action in Land. Court anyway and <br /> perhaps it would be fair to wait until after that. <br /> The Chair asked if Mr. Bernard wished to continue? He stated he has no <br /> choice. The Chair asked when they were going to Land Court? <br /> Atter. Conery has not wed the petition, it was more important to be here first. <br /> Mir. Rosenberg suggested that the application be withdrawn and that lir. <br /> Bernard file again as soon as this issue is straightened out. <br /> Mr. Bernard agreed. <br /> The Chair asked if there was anyone from those present who wished to make <br /> comments on this application that were germane from the Wetlands <br /> Protection Act. No one cane forward <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept withdrawal of the application <br /> without prejudice. Unanimous Vote. <br /> WITHDRAWN. <br />
