Mr. & Mrs. O'Rourkewere present. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated when issuing a permit, there will be a site v1sit and a <br /> couple of corridors would be selected. Mr. O'Rourke agreed. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> `OTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment proposed <br /> pending an on-site with the Agent. Unanimous vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED, <br /> :35 BARBARA E. SHEEHAN amend the Order,of Conditions for SE 3 <br /> 1581 to Permit construction of a 24' x 2 6' arae t 115 o ones <br /> ' set Island <br /> Road. lir. & Mrs. Sheehan were Present. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised this is a flood zone issue. A new plan <br /> s to be provided. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment u ` <br /> on receipt <br /> of revised plan. Unanimous Vote,, <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED, <br /> 7:40 SCOT VETSTE N for proposed installation of new footings to <br /> support rebuilt deck with 2' extension and enter canopy at 105 Waterway. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this was continued because the lot had been cleared o <br /> vegetation and was mostly lawn. It is flood zone. He met with <br /> the <br /> landscaper and they wiH put back 20% of natural vegetation. <br /> They are <br /> working on a plan and when it is received with a signed contract,tract, tie <br /> determination will be released* <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative pending receipt of plan <br /> and sigmed contract. Unanimous Vote. <br />
