The Agent advised it will, be <br /> in February. <br /> Ms Fantozzi advised a date was set for February 26 with the County <br /> Commissioners and the Cape Cod District far a seminar on the land bank. <br /> Violation: There was cutting of vegetation on the bank of Johns Pond at the <br /> Tavares property. A landscape plan was reviewed. This could be <br /> administered through an enforcement order. <br /> The Agent advised they proposed in their letter to plant an the bank in the <br /> first 10 feet or so. It has been in the regs that the initial 50 feet be left in the <br /> natural state. Mr. Tavares should be told this has to be revegetated to the <br /> tap of the bank. He took out 45 feet and wants to put back 10 to 20 and let <br /> the rest come back. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that this plan does not come up to reg- <br /> ulatory standards and diversity must be increased in the first 20' <br /> to at least three species and some additional planings on the <br /> slope also. Unanimous Vete. <br /> Handy Lease: Copies distributed for review. The Agent suggested the <br /> Cranberry Subcommittee look at this and make some determination. <br /> Ms Fantozzi suggested the Agent put a call in to the National Cranberry <br /> Growers Association concerning best management practices. <br /> VOTE: Motion mads and seconded that the Agent proceed as discussed. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> Minutes: <br /> VOTE: Marion made and seconded to accept the minutes of 12 November, <br /> 3 and 17 December 1998 as written. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Museum Parking Lot: The Agent advised he is awaiting a revised plan <br /> from NRCS and will then meet with Greg Taylor. Peggy Fantozzi will be <br />
