Comments by the Asst. Conservation Agent recommended negative but have them revise the wetland line. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative pending revision of the wetland line an the plan. NEGATIVE PENDING. 7:20 WILLOWBEND DEVELOPMENT CORP. to rsafirm that work related to maintenance and/or reconfiguration of man-made golf course water hazards at Willowbend are not an area subject to protection under Chapter 131 x. 40 or Chapter 172 of the Town of Mashpee Bylaw. Peggy Fantozzi advised this will be the third time. They are constructed in uplands, are separated hydrologically from the ground water by a liner and are maintained to the edges and are exempt from further action by the Commission.
