TOWN REPORT: Mr. Sherman handed out a copy of the Town Report. Mr. Sherman said if there were <br /> an errors or omissions in the report,if they could be given to him by Monday, it shouldn't be too late. <br /> CRESCENT ROAD: lir. Sherman met with the gentleman to describe how the violation could be <br /> corrected. The first plan he provided us did not provide for enough plantings. lir. Shennan wrote him <br /> back and asked him to provide a second plan that would enhance the plantings on the second 2 '. He has <br /> done so. Mr. Sherman now believes it is an adequate plan. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the revised plan. Unanimous Vote. <br /> P PP NESSET DREDGING: Mr. Sherman stated that while he and Diane Boretos were down thea, <br /> I . Boretos noticed that the area by the stairs has changed over the last few years. It has lest a lot of sand. <br /> It has really become rocky, which is a special habitat in itself. In the earlier permitting the Commission had <br /> permitted putting beach sand all the way to the groin;however,Mr. Sherman believes we should amend the <br /> order. He is going to speak with Perry Ellis to keep them a hundred feet off of that area to permit that <br /> rocky environment to stay as it is. As long as it exists naturally, it should be lcft that.way. <br /> TRITON WAY BEACH NIJRIHiIENT: Mr. Sherman believes a should send a letter to all of the <br /> people who have outstanding beach nourishment programs that unless we have a regional beach <br /> nourishment by July 2, we will enforce each beach nourishment situation. we will ask for IEP help and <br /> tape it to the Selectmen. <br /> VOTE: It was so moved and seconded. UnaDirnous Vote. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> NEED FOR REVISION TO NVBS REQS: Mr. Sherman recommended when the Commission sloes the <br /> Regulations Hearing next time,we make one change. when we have our naturally vegetated buffer strip <br /> res,we cited vegetation management policy. It has not been updated because we revised the policy. we <br /> never revised it in the reqs. <br /> REQUEST FROM GEORGE ELLIS: Mr.Ellis is complaining about read drainage and all the houses <br /> that have been built. It is not in our jurisdiction. Mr. Sherman said,with Commission's concurrence,he <br /> would just turn it over to the Building Inspector. The Commission agreed. <br /> MASHPEE NWR OPEN HOUSE-. There will be an NWR Open Hoarse on March 18, 1999 at 7:00 p.rn. <br /> BUDGET B S: The budget will be reviewed on Monday by the Selectmen at 5-30.
