18 March 1999 <br /> Page 6. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of <br /> engineered plan. Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 7:35 LEWIS IADELMAN to amend the order of Conditions for SE 3-1649 <br /> to permit three stone walls, a landing and stairway at end of deck, landscape <br /> tie walls and additional lawn area at 35 Punkhorn Point load. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised during an on-site for a Certificate of Compliance he <br /> found unper fitted work had been done. A request for an amended order was <br /> filed but not issued. More work was done. The lawn put in meets standards <br /> according to Dave sanicki. It meets size standards so it is acceptable. He <br /> recommended accepting the amendment if they will verify lawn depths and <br /> seed nature. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment based on <br /> verification. Unanimous vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> 7:40JOHN J. I EAI DON, 10 Wading Place, continued from 4 February <br /> 1999, Michael trot ke presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this lot had been previously developed under a permit. <br /> The question is, has he clone all he can?
