Unanimous Note.
NEGATIVE DETERMINATION.
7:30 DAVID L PO, 65 River Road, continued from 4 March 1999. A
request was received to continue to the next agenda. Natural Herita e has
asked for an analysis on the lamprey eel.
Public comment: none.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 22 April 1999
at 7:55 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous vote.
HEARING CONTINUED,
at
t -
7:35 JOHN C. HESS ER to demolish an existing dwelling, porch and shed
and to construct a single family dwelling with deck, covered porch, shed,
swimming pool, Title v septic system and utility services at 84 Punkhorn
Point Road. Dave Sanicki presented abutter notification receipts. They will
provide a Soo gallon dry ell for the pool. There will be a minimum o'
naturally vegetated buffer strip. A gazebo is proposed. It is a five bedroom
house on a 78,400 .f. lot. with a denitrifying system.
Mr. Sherman stated it is well within standards.
Mr. Rosenberg stated the flood zone goes through the pool. Mr. Sherman
stated the naturally vegetated buffer is now old lawn. He and Diane have
been out there and agree a buffer strip of that type is valuable as something
other than a lawn. He recommended closing pending some sort of agreement
of what that would entail, either to do plantings or to let it grow back into a
w
grassy sand-plain type habitat.
1r. Sanicki spoke with his client prier to this hearing and Mrs. Kessler
indicated prior to them purchasing the property they had a discussion with
Mr. Sherman and he lent to that type of consideration. She has no objection
to the recommendations of what should be planted.
Mr. Sherman stated he would like to have that list presented to Mrs. Kessler
and have a letter of agreement. He stated the siltation work limit off the
porch, it is 30' on one corner, he asked if it can be squared off? Mr. Sanicki
stated they need room for construction equipment off the house for the
demolition. Mr. Green stated that is practical.
