To be written. <br /> A C : Jacobs Engineering will be doing sampling on Ashumet Pond, very <br /> similar to that deme on John's Pond which they were allowed to do without a <br /> filing. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the request from Jacobs <br /> Engineering to do sampling at Ashumet Pond, Unanimous Vote. <br /> Santuit Ponce Estates Assoc.: A request was received for an extension on <br /> their permit for an Association Beach area. One extension had already been <br /> granted. He told them if they pulled back and do not get into the water, they <br /> could do this as an RDA. <br /> COTE: Motion made and seconded to permit the work under a Request for <br /> Determination of Applicability. Unanimous vote. <br /> 110 Wading Place: Request for plan charge received. It is innocuous with <br /> less impact and a smaller footprint. The Agent recommended approval. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the request, Unanimous Vote. <br /> Town Budget: The Agent advised there was a minor snafu. There was a <br /> motion to transfer $5000 from the Conservation Trust Fund to fund the <br /> expense account. He thought it was an Honest mistake. This is to b <br /> corrected at the October Town Meeting. An article to be written for <br /> submission. <br /> John west: Request received to be allowed to use pulverized asphalt 4 <br /> instead of crushed stone. <br /> Mr. wollenh upt advised they take the asphalt and grind it up. It has <br /> asphalt tar binder and gravel. It would not leach. It is 75 - 0% impervious. <br /> It was agreed Mr. west will amend his order of Conditions. <br /> Lavin Policy: Mr. Wollenhaupt will get together with the Agent next week. <br /> Quashnet Bog G s: To be'discussed with Mr. Green present. <br />
