Carolyn Doyle <br /> presenting. <br /> . <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the project is do-able and they may be able to get away <br /> without a denitrifying system. It is Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage <br /> with no performance standards. It can be met by leaving a certain amount of <br /> natural vegetation. He suggested contacting the Cape Cod Commission to <br /> see if the flow is to the Sound which would not need the denitrifying. They <br /> would need to show an area of vegetation to be left. This lot is 3 or 4 in from <br /> the ocean. He asked how large is the lot? It is 6750 s. . He stated 10% <br /> should be left in natural vegetation. <br /> Public comment: An abutter was concerned with the grading and asked if it <br /> was to be leveled to his house? Mr. Sherman suggested he take that up with <br /> the Building Dept. leo one has the right to put water on his property. <br /> Concerning Board of Appeals, Ms Doyle advised the Building Inspector <br /> signed off that it was not needed, it is in the special permit area. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request of <br /> the applicant to 17 June 1399 at 7:05 p.m. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br />
