MOLLICA. to amend the order of Conditions for S 43-1519 <br /> to include lawn area and additional stone for parking at 37 Birch Way. <br /> Abutter notification receipts were provided by Mrs. Mollica. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the plan is in accordance with the regulation, 10% of the <br /> area of jurisdiction. They have accepted the lawn policy. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> 7:55 PERRY ELLIS to construct a single family residence, deck, Title V <br /> septic with Micro-Fast treatment systema and pervious driveway at 23 <br /> Mono oseoy Road. Mr. Ellis stepped down for this hearing. .A continuance <br /> was requested to correct abutter notice and the legal advertisement for the <br /> address. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 1 July 1999 at <br /> 8:20 p.m. subject to new abutter notice and legal advertisement. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED, <br /> 8:00 RICK E. BROOKS to install a chain link fence 18" above grade from <br /> historic high water across beach to Mean Annual Love water at Pickerel Cove <br /> Road. Arlene Wilson was present with Atty. Peter sundelin and Mr. Brooks. <br /> Abutter notification receipts were provided. <br /> Ms Wilson advised two weeps ago they were allowed to ]ging the fence down <br /> to the landward side ofthe beach.
