12 August 1999 <br /> Page 5. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to make a positive determination unless the applicant agrees within <br /> five days for a continuance at 8:15 on 26 August 1999. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTIN ED. <br /> 7:50 COLONIAL GAS COMPANY for a Determination of Applicability on a proposal to install a " <br /> plastic pipe natural gas main in the east shoulder area of Seneca Avenue and to install gas services to 1 <br /> and 14 Seneca Avenue,Assessors Map 65,Block 11J and 1191). Mr. Tom Kelley,representing Colonial <br /> Gas, was present. Mr. SherTnan noted that he had no problem with this. The adjacent wetland should not <br /> be threatened. <br /> Public comment: Ione. <br /> It was noted that both homeowners owe back taxes and that a permit cannot be issued until their taxes are <br /> paid. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative pending verification from the Treasurer's Office of <br /> payment of taxes. Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETE NU ATION PENDING. <br /> 7:55 COLONIAL GAS COMPANY for a D t n inati n of Applicability on the installation of ' of gas <br /> main in the south shoulder of Starboard Lane adjacent to lots 16 and 17 as shown on Map 118,and to <br /> install gas service to an existing dwelling at 3 1 Starboard Lane,Assessors Map 118,Block 16. Mr. <br /> Sherman noted that there is no possibility of runoff. Recommends a negative determination. <br /> Public comment: Done. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous vote. <br /> LEGATIVE DETERIHATION. <br /> tum to Old Business: 4 Articles for October Town Meeting. Mr. Sherman noted that in an article <br /> which was submitted at the May Town Meeting,there was a rnistake in the omnibus motion for the budget. <br /> The money was put into the Conservation Lands salary account for the tour program from the wrong <br /> account. This new article for the October Town Meeting should rectify this mistake. There are two other <br /> articles which the Selectmen are still reviewing. One is with regards to tax title transfers of certain parcels, <br /> and the other dealing with persons not responding to an enforcement order. Ikon-response will require <br /> Compliance before additional permits can be requested. <br /> i <br /> 8:00 ANDREW J.LIPNOS Y for a Determination of Applicability on construction of a 12 x 24' <br /> garden shed at 123 James Circle,Assessors Map 64,Block 67. Mr. Lipn sky was present and noted that <br /> plans have been submitted. Mr. Sherman noted that this meets the performance standards and he would <br /> recommend approval. No variance is necessary from the Building Inspector. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion n made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous vote. <br /> LEGATIVE DETEIIINTION. <br />
