26 August 1999 <br /> Page 13. <br /> Mr. Johansen advised the fees are wrong and the drawings do not show <br /> RVW. <br /> Mr. Grotzke stated they had gone back and forth on the vista pruning. Mr. <br /> Johansen stated on page 5, under fees, category 5 is not filled out. There is <br /> no attestation of ownership. Abutter receipts were provided. Page 4 is not <br /> filled out. Mr. Grotzke will submit a new package. <br /> Ms Boretos questioned the vista pruning window. Mr. Grotzke pointed to the <br /> plan. <br /> Public comments. none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to.9 September <br /> 1999 at 8:45 p.m. at the request of the applicant. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> . <br /> 8:35 RICHARD BARRY to expand an existing four bedroom house to <br /> include house and deck additions at 44 Waterway. For the proposed <br /> abandonment of an existing footpath to be replaced with native vegetation <br /> and snow fencing at each end at 188 Shore Drive. Mr. Sherman stated he <br /> wanted to get out there today to see if the plantings and the fencing had been <br /> removed as asked. He asked Mr. Grotzke if they were? Mr. Grotzke stated F <br /> he had been assured they were removed. The Agent asked the Commission <br /> to authorize hire to go to the site to see if they removed everything as ordered <br /> and if not, to issue a $100 fine. <br /> Ir. Grotzke stated their proposal is the sane as several years ago when they <br /> presented a regional plan to stabilize the dune. At that time the Commission <br /> reviewed and approved arevegetation of this entire area of the down out dune. <br /> As a result of negotiations with others, they left a small meandering path <br /> and vegetated on either side. They did install a fence up to the corner of the <br />
