September 1399 <br /> Page 11. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 8:30 MICHAEL T. COWHIG, 23-25 ocean Bluff Drive, continued from 29 <br /> July 1999. Michael Grotzke presenting. The plan was colored to show <br /> existing structure and proposed. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the edge of wetland has no numbered flags. Mr. Grotzke <br /> stated the plan was submitted with flags. The wetland survey was done over <br /> the weekend and the report from ENSR received today. Plans are supposed <br /> to be in house five days prior to the hearing. He has not had a chance to <br /> review this. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated the Commission cannot get a report from the Agent and <br /> cannot vote on this. Mr'. Sherman stated there should be a continuance fee. <br /> He has been trying to get everyone to adhere to the requirements. If the plan <br /> does riot conform, deny. Mr. Rosenberg suggested continuing this one tonight <br /> but to adopt a policy if not complete five days before the hearing, it will <br /> automatically be denied. <br /> Ir. Grotzke stated everything is complete. <br /> Publiccomment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 23 September <br /> 1399 at 8:35 p.m. with a $30 continuance fee to be paid. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 8:35 HAIL'S FRITSCHI for a De- termination o Applicability on a proposal to <br /> replace lawn with wildflower seed mix at 170 Pimlico Pond Road. 1r. <br /> Frits hi was present. Ms Boretos. stated it is in the upper reaches of the <br /> buffer zone and recommended negative three. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION, <br /> 8:40 LEO BERKOVICH, 145 Ropponesset Island Road, continued from 2 <br /> August 1999. Mr. Berkovich was present. <br />
