This was continued because of <br /> discrepancies regarding bedrooms. The Agent was to check with the <br /> Assessors. Mr. Sherman did not check on the bedroom issue. Mr. sani ki <br /> stated they voluntarily upgraded from cesspools. The owner indicated he had <br /> X number of bedrooms. The new owner wishes to use one not being used as a <br /> bedroom now. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission is not going to legitimize a bedroom. <br /> Mr. slavinsky stated back in 1998 they were hind by Mr. Tuite for a failed <br /> septic system. They designed a four bedroom system.. Between then and <br /> now, the Assessors say there are five bedrooms in the house. They want to <br /> add one more unit to make it for five bedrooms. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated if the building permit references five bedrooms it, is <br /> okay. If Board of Assessors has five, it is okay. If it does not say five, it will <br /> reed denitrifying. Mr, slavinsky advised the previous septic system was in <br /> the marsh. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Board of Health is not looking at nitrogen. It is way <br /> over the 5 PPM. Mr. sla insky asked if they could put the unit in without <br /> the permit The Board ofHealth has approved this as fire bedrooms. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 21 October <br /> 1999 at 8:05 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Dave sanicki presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman question Mean Low and Mean High elevations. Mr. sanickl <br /> advised oo is the Mean Love water. Where is 1' water at Men Law Water. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated 1' of water will not permit a boat. It would only be a <br /> dinghy dock. Mr. saniki stated hi client would accept this. Board of <br /> Appeals is scheduled for 13 October. <br />
