Mr. <br /> Hostetter will have his secretary cone to Town Hall to meet with Diana <br /> tomorrow to see if there are any discrepancies. They will renotif r everyone <br /> through certified mail. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated additional field survey work has to be done for where <br /> Mean Annual Flood Level is with the 1 VW. The other dangling issue is the <br /> 1 -12 isolated wetlands. Greater banks than 1 - 4 will need that delineation. <br /> Anything with'vernal pool activity is considered under the bylaw. They are a <br /> long way from any permit. <br /> Mr. Gray stated they are just dealing with riverfront. They have been <br /> working with Barnstable and a decision was made today to include this as a <br /> river where previously they decided not to. <br /> Mr. Buschsteiner asked if the Board approves this, does the Board have to let <br /> them know? There was a <br /> concern for the wetland flagging. The Board of Appeals approved this <br /> sub e t to Conservation. The previously approved plan before Appeals is the <br /> plan before the Commission. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending Board of Appeals <br /> approval and a letter from the Shellfish Warden.
