XASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION � <br /> Minutes of 21 October 1999 <br /> Commissioners 'resent: John Fitzsimmons, Elliot Rosenberg, George <br /> Green, Jr., Ralph Shaw, John Johansen. <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. with a quorum present. <br /> 6;55 PUBLIC COMMENT: None. <br /> 7:00 BORTOLOTTI CONSTRUCTION to construct and maintain a single <br /> family residence, garage, driveway and deck within outer riparian zone and <br /> buffer zone; and on-site sewage disposal leaching facilities in excess of Zoo' <br /> from river and 150' from the Bylaw inland bank at 39 Redwood Circle. Peggy <br /> Fantozzi presenting. she asked for a continuance as the Board of Health is <br /> asking for revised plans for a three bedroom dwelling. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing at the request of <br /> the applicant to 4 November 1999 at 8:05 p.m. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:05 DENA RYMSHA to amend the order of Conditions to allow vista <br /> pruning at 62 Falmouth Road. Ms R+ymsha was present. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it follows the guidelines and recommended approval. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEP'T`ED. <br /> 7:10 1 ICHAEL DEDECKO for the construction of a three bedroom single <br /> family residence, garage, deck, utility services, septic system and landscaping <br /> at s Mutiny way. John Johansen stepped down for this hearing. Mr. <br /> edecko was present. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is a land-locked lot in the flood zone. A denitrifying <br /> system is proposed. Natural l vegetation will be left. It meets the <br /> performance standards. The plan will be amended to chow the ceck. <br /> Mr. l; edecko stated it is an s' x 2' deck on the rear. He drew it on the plan. <br />
