DeLeo. fancy Caffyn said it is now <br /> on the floor and has cleared. Committees. She is confident it will be taken <br /> care of. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated they ha e 20 days to got it. The Agent will contact <br /> Senator Murray. <br /> will ] n : The Agent advised at the last meeting it was voted to ask for a <br /> hold on the Jurisdictional Review. They have honored the request. They are <br /> meeting next Wednesday at 12 noon at Town Hall followed by a site visit. <br /> Mr. green advised plans have changed. <br /> Mr. Sherman read from a letter from Seth Wilkinson. He suggested the <br /> Commission should reinstate the request if not getting the same level as <br /> through an DRI. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to empower the .Agent or Assistant to <br /> discuss with the Cape Cod Commission staff whether they are <br /> receiv <br /> ing the equivalent of a DRI, and if not getting that level, <br /> the request for Jurisdictional Review should be reinstated. <br /> Unanimous Note. <br /> Submittal of Plans: Copies of what is on the books was distributed. <br /> Shellfish regs need improving. Diane Boretos is working on dune <br /> improvements to the dune rugs and is coming up with a different formula for <br /> vista pruning. <br /> Cranberry Bogs; The Agent attended a meeting at the base with Steve <br /> Hurley, Brian Handy, John Gadd and others from Jacobs Engineering., The <br /> compensatory plantings have started, the Agent was impressed. Frank <br /> LeBlanc is following the plan and work should be finished next week. The <br /> gates are going in very soon, <br />
