Tim <br /> Santos of Holmes & McGrath presenting. This is an existing failed system. <br /> They were before Board of Health tonight. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous vote. <br /> LEGATIVE DETERMINATIONO <br /> ti <br /> Triton Way - Revetment Repairs: The Agent is going over there with <br /> Rebecca Haney. She would like to approve it if they take care of not letting <br /> the sand get into the rocky intertidal area. She is going along with the <br /> barriers. <br /> Eirtaff : Invoice received for sign. <br /> VOTE: lotion made and seconded to authorize payment for the sign. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> The Agent advised the dedication of the property is scheduled for Saturday a <br /> 1:00 P.M. <br /> Chapter 173: Proposed Regulation changes distributed for review.' <br /> Member vacancy: Carol Moore has sent in a letter of interest in serving. <br /> VOTE; Motion made and seconded to send Mrs. Moore's letter up to the <br /> Selectmen with an endorsement. Unanimous vote. <br /> SE 3-330: Request received for re-issuance of extension. DEP has issued <br /> an extension also. The Commission signed the extension. <br />
