(D) For work 1 related to damage from a storm emergency as manifested by the <br /> issuance of D.E.F. storm emergency regulations the Hurricane Floyd and/or(2) <br /> related to long-terra stabilization of areas vulnerable to subsequent storm events and/or <br /> (3) necessitating the filing of a Request for Deten-nination of Applicability or a Notice of <br /> Intent (because said work activities do not conform to qualifying work as cited above, <br /> the Commission, for filings submitted on or before six months from the issuance of <br /> (D.E.P.) storm emergency regulations, may, at its discretion, waive normal fees imposed <br /> under Chap-172 only and require only the normal $30 advertising fee. <br /> (E) Permission granted for work under this regulation does NOT relieve the applicant of <br /> t the responsibility of applying for all other local, State and/or Federal permits that may be <br /> applicable. <br /> (F) The rendering of any subsection of this regulation to be inapplicable, contrary <br /> and/or illegal, because of non-conformance with any other controlling Federal, <br /> State, Counter and or local statutes , shall not invalidate any other(not so affected <br /> subsection of this regulation. <br />
