MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 16 December 1939 <br /> Con nissio vers present: John Fitzsimmons, Elliot Rosenberg, Ralph <br /> Shaw, John Johansen, George Green Jr. <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at . with quorum presort. <br /> 6:55 PUBLIC COMMENT: None. <br /> 7:00 ROBERT BELLY for a Determination of Applicability on the <br /> construction of a 13' x 1 ' screened porch on footings at 3 Clover Lane, <br /> Assessors Map 117, Block 238. A continuance was requested to work out <br /> restoration work and mitigation for the work going closer to the resource. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 6 January <br /> 2000 at 7:50 p.,m. at the request of the applicant. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:05 MARSHALL BREM to amend the Order Of Conditions for SE 43-1672 <br /> to permit after-the-fact retaining walls and the removal of dead wood and do <br /> vista pruning with maintenance in perpetuity at 21 Harbor Ridge Drive. <br /> Mr. Brenn. as'present. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he met with Ellis Allen and the retaining walls are <br /> stable and well dome. They were not on the original plan but are not posing <br /> any problem. The -corridor is as prescribed by guidelines. There will be a <br /> meeting on-site prior to work. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg questioned distances.on the plan. Mr. Sherman stated they <br /> checked out. <br /> Public comment: An adjacent abutter spoke in favor of the project. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> 7:10 FRANCES MADDEN for a Determination of Applicability on the <br /> installation of "of cedar fencing and the removal of tree limbs at 16 Sunset <br /> Circle. <br />
