16 December 1999 <br /> Page 3. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to continue the hearing to 6 January <br /> 2000 at 7:55 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED, <br /> 7:25 BRIAN CASEY for vista pruning in accordance with NIS <br /> Regulations adopted November 18, 1999 and a request for maintenance in <br /> perpetuity at 48 Summersea Road. Mr. Casey was present, <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is in keeping with requirements. It is a 25% view <br /> corridor. Maintenance in perpetuity would be granted after it is clone two <br /> times if satisfactory. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of abutter <br /> notification receipts. Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSED RENDING. <br /> 7:30 DANIEL P. BULGER, 51 1lonah nsett Road, continued from <br /> October 1933, John slavinsky presenting. The hearing was continued <br /> pending a revised plan. They have reconfigured this to get 3 ' to the work <br /> limit, 38' to the foundation. They have received all variances from the Board. <br /> of Appeals. when the Bulgers were here they heard a deck being allowed to <br /> the work limit and asked for the sane. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated if the deck were allowed to the work limit, it would thea <br /> become 30', <br /> Mr. Rosenberg asked if there will be a permanent fence? Mr. Sherman stated <br /> it will be conditioned. <br /> Public comment: none, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. Unanimous Vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br />
