• µ �, ' <br /> 16 Great Aleck Road North <br /> ;• - <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw,v, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hung will be held at the Mashpee Torn Hall in <br /> Conference Room 3, Lower Level, on 17 February 2000 at 7:55 p.m. on the application <br /> of Bay Ridge Construction to remove an existing foundation and pump house, construct <br /> single family house, deck, screen porch, utility services and to upgrade Title V septic <br /> system at 38 Quaker run Road, Assessors Map 83, Block 22. <br /> In acordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of 'the Notice of Intent may he examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of :30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines.
