MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 17 February 2000 <br /> Conunissioners resent: John Fitzsimmons, John Johansen, Ralph <br /> Shaw, George Green Jr., Greg wirsen, Carol <br /> Moore. <br /> 6:55 PUBLIC COMMENT: None. <br /> 7:00 STEPHEN BISSON to amend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-1661 <br /> to incorporate a revised planting plan for 70 Fopponesst Island Road. Axny <br /> Ball was present. The planting plan had been accepted and it was not <br /> followed. The boat that was moved forward has been moved back. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised they were told in the enforcement order that until <br /> paid invoice from a landscape firm is received citing the correct plan, he will <br /> net release the stop work order on the dock. The Commission agreed to <br /> continue that course of action. Also, it,is required that a letter be received <br /> from the Attorney stating that plans must be followed. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amended order with the <br /> Provision they follow the stipulations in the enforcement order <br /> .and that a paid in full receipt be supplied from the landscaper <br /> citing the appropriate plan and a letter from the attorney prior <br /> to releasing the stop work order. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Amendment Accepted — Pending. <br /> 7:05 LYNN NOBLE for proposed single family dwelling with Title V septic <br /> system, garage, permeable driveway, deck and landscaped area at 190 Rock <br /> Landing Road. Chris Ding was present. They had an on-site this morning. <br /> Revised plans were requested and provided. The inland bank is shorn and <br /> the ' buffer maintained. The septic is in the circular drive. Abutter notice <br /> receipts were provided. <br /> IVIS Boretos recommended approval with native plants to be conditioned. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending DEP number. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br />
