Fitzsimmons <br /> i Chairman <br /> i <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may- be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of :30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the I lashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection- Act.
