Ms. Boretos offered to meet with Mr. Sanicki in this <br /> regard. Mr. Sand i reported the Applicant has agreed to retain <br /> a botanist. <br /> NorSanici requested a four week continuance in this matter <br /> in order to provide reprised plans. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a emotion. <br /> MOTION: George Green made a Motion to continue this Matter, <br /> at the request of the Applicant to April 13th at 7: 10 p.m. ; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7:25-Davey Tree Expert Co. , RI , Determination of <br /> Applicability on a request for safety pruning, deadwood pruning, <br /> and de-suckering to promote growth and maintenance pruning of <br /> trees at 122 Popponesset Island Road, Assessors Map 112, Block 6 . <br /> #r. Sherman explained this is not vista pruning, but very <br /> limited pruning of suckers and deadwood. 5 to 10 percent of the <br /> live wood would be removed consisting of oak trees and an <br /> existing lawn. He recotended approval of the request for <br /> limited p uni.ngk in this matter. He explained this work had been <br /> done once before, the permit has expired as applicant neglected <br /> to have it renewed. <br /> Carel. Moore Stated she has made an inspection of the <br /> property and that she too would recommend approval . <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a Motion. <br /> MOTION. Ralph Shaw made a Motion for a Negative <br /> Determination; which motion was seconded by George Green and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> . Mr. Sherman presented copies of a letter addressed to <br /> Jing Snyder, signed by John Johansen, regarding Ecological Impacts <br /> of Quashnet Bogs Pilot Test, for Commission review. <br /> 7 : 30 Paul Powers-Removal of an existing dwellin and <br /> construction of a three-bedroom dwelling, a new fifteen foot by <br /> twenty foot section of foundation, rear deck, egress stairs, and <br /> -8- <br />
