Silva to remove the existing <br /> remains of a fire destroyed dwelling and construct a new dwelling with appurtenant <br /> utilities at 105 Tim erlane Drive, Assessors Map 22, Bloch 22. <br /> in accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be xamined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Co .r fission between tie hours of 8:30 and 3;30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and plane, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Tori Hall not less than forty-eight 48) hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
