TOWN Town of Mashpee <br /> \. 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> R <br /> `rlAULG 00^ <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 13 April 2000 at 7:25 p.m. on the request of David Jaye to amend the Order of <br /> Conditions for SE 43-1748 to authorize the redesign of a permitted coastal resource area <br /> walkover structure; and to permit a septic upgrade under Chapter 172 of the Mashpee <br /> Code in Land Subject To Coastal Storm Flowage at 40 and 44 Popponesset Island Road, <br /> Assessors Map 106, Blocks 27 and 23. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five (5) days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
