TOWN Town of Mashpee <br /> \. 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> R <br /> `rlAULG 00^ <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 13 April 2000 at 7:25 p.m. on the request of David Jaye to amend the Order of <br /> Conditions for SE 43-1748 to authorize the redesign of a permitted coastal resource area <br /> walkover structure; and to permit a septic upgrade under Chapter 172 of the Mashpee <br /> Code in Land Subject To Coastal Storm Flowage at 40 and 44 Popponesset Island Road, <br /> Assessors Map 106, Blocks 27 and 23. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J.
