Request for Plan change (SE 43-1443) -The location is 25 <br /> Nobska Road. Off set stakes had been used in the original <br /> project, the house is located six (6) feet from the property <br /> line, Board of Appeals approval has been granted, the project <br /> remains within the work limit. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a Motion to approve Administrative <br /> Plan changes with regards to SE 43-1581, and SE 43-1443; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Carol Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 . Emergency Certificate Request-39 Timberlane; <br /> and 8 . Emergency Certificate Request-131 Timberlane-Two <br /> Emergency Certificates for failed septics for which the Board of <br /> Health is recommending approval . However, Mr. Sherman reported <br /> one has not yet been received, and that he will not issue until <br /> said recommendation is received in writing. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a Motion to approve pending <br /> prework, on-sites, and required filings; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Carol Moore and so voted unanimously. <br /> 9. Mr. Sherman informed the Commission of a violation in <br /> the name of Laue; to whom a letter has been mailed. <br /> George Green reported that letters from Federal sponsors <br /> have been received encouraging as many conservation projects as <br /> possible, as Congress is expected to grant numerous approvals. <br /> Diane Boretos reported that she has spoken with AmeriCorp <br /> who do not currently have a computer expert, but expect to in the <br /> fall . An application is required. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Conservation Commission business to <br /> address, the Chairman entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION: A Motion having been duly made, seconded and so <br /> voted unanimously to adjourn. <br /> (The April 13, 2999 Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission <br /> Meeting was thereupon dissolved at 9 : 18 p.m. ) <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Henrietta DeArcangelis <br /> -24- oard Secretary <br />
