There being o public comment or further Commss ion <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Greg Wirsen made a Motion to continue this matter <br /> to May lith at 8 : 40 p.m. , at the request of the Applicant, for <br /> determination of the following: whether Chapter 91 applies, <br /> existance of BVW, Board of Appeals, and precedent for size of <br /> the platform which Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 7 :45 Thomas eaudry-For Determination of Applicability on a +, <br /> proposal to extend the back stairs off a deck to run the length <br /> of the house at 138 santuit Lane, Assessors Neap 30, Block I. <br /> Diane Boretos reported this matter had been continued for <br /> the purpose of clarification of Map and Block which made it <br /> necessary to readvertise. There was also an enforcement issue <br /> which has been rectified - by extensive *planting in the area that <br /> had been cut . The Commission had also requested a sketch of the <br /> size and length of the proposed stairway which has been <br /> submitted. <br /> The Chairman recognized the Applicant who stated the <br /> proposed project is for construction/enclosure. of the existing <br /> screened-in porch to become part of the living- room area, <br /> complete with twelve (12 ft . ) foot double sliders. This would <br /> necessitate extending the stairs across the full length of the <br /> back side of the house; not to extend beyond the existing stairs <br /> at this point. <br /> Diane Boretos made a recommendation for a Negative-3 <br /> determination. <br /> An amendment was made to the plan at this point, making a <br /> correction from fifty o ft. ) feet to twenty-five (25 ft. ) <br /> feet. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> ITIo Ralph Shaw made a Motion for a Negative-3 <br /> determination; which Motion was seconded by Great Wirsen and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 7 : 50 Alexander Levine, I waterline Drive North, continued <br /> from March 30th, Not ice of intent. <br /> The Chairman recognized Arlene wilson who, presented a <br /> revised plan to the Commission. <br /> Mr. Sherman informed the Commission that a determination has <br /> been received from Town Counsel as it pertains to an aspect of <br /> this matter concerning the Board of Appeals, and related to <br /> � - <br />
