The Commission is under no <br /> further obligation to investigate issues of ownership beyond <br /> determining whether or not proper notification has been made. <br /> However, there is a matter of outstanding taxes. Mr. <br /> Sherman recommended closing and issuing pending payment of <br /> any/all outstanding taxes due the Town of Mashpee. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Ralph Shaw made a lotion to Close and Issue pending <br /> receipt of revised plan indicating the exact location of the <br /> proposed lawn area, and also pending payment of any/all <br /> outstanding taxes due the Town of Mashpee with regard to the <br /> subject property: which Motion was seconded by John Johansen and <br /> o voted unanimously. <br /> 8 : 30 Brady Family 1993 Trust, 256 1 onoamoscoy, continued from <br /> April 13th, RDA. <br /> Diane Boretos Made reference to a revised plan showing <br /> accurate delineations of the wetlands.
