4 <br /> T <br /> 11w Town Mashpee <br /> 1 <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> #~ <br /> Mashpee,Mmsachusetts 02649 <br /> ABLE <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 2, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws,, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Mall on <br /> 27 April 2000 at 7-00 p.m. on the application of Gary Vitale for bullhead reconstruction, <br /> removal of an existing dock and reconstruction, maintenance and licensing of a neer dock <br /> at 43 Santuit Lane, Assessors Map 30, Block 5. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and'plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsirnmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Concession between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE- Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'Tines. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You ma y also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
