Y <br /> i <br /> + <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649. <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 1 2, Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashee Town Hall on <br /> 11 May 2000 at 7:05 p.m. on the application of Peter Govoni for proposed construction of <br /> 3" x 36" dock with maintenance in perpetuity at 113 Jams Circle, Assessors Map 64, <br /> Bloch 60. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Concession between the hours of 8:30 and 3:30,,-Mnda through Friday. <br /> DOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will he published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpe Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also he posted in Town lull not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also -contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
