Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Concession between the hours of 8:3 0 and 3 3 0, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE:E: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod 'Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not loss than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Departrnent of Environmental protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands protection Act.
