Michael Grot l e provided <br /> abutter notification receipts. The enforcement situation of the previous geek <br /> was discussed. <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended approval. <br /> Publiccomment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> 8:10 BRUN CASEY for a Determination of Applicability on a proposal to � <br /> level an area for walkway and patio and construct a retaining wall 2' x 12' <br /> with steps at 134 Algonquin Avenue. There was not a quorum sitting. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 8 June 2000 <br /> at 8:45 p.m. for lack of quorum. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED, <br /> 8:15 LLOYD GAINSBoRo to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43- <br /> 1899 to enlarge the existing wooden deck sitting area with an increase in <br /> width of 1.66' at 15 Keel way. Wayne Tavares presented abutter notification <br /> receipts. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated in compensation for same bare areas, vegetation will be <br /> put in. He recommended approval. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ME NT ACCEPTE , <br /> :20 FRANK CASSANELLI to install a 24' x 4' above ground swimming <br /> pool at 11 Meadowbrook Road.
