This was an order of Conditions for a lot of things, drainage,
paths, decks and also for crista pruning which has never gone right. 'There
was a significant violation this past year.. Mr. Sherman recommended
Certificates of Compliance on the basic things that are done but he would be
reticent to give one for continued vista pruning. They need to come back to
us to nail clown homer this will be carried out. It should be made a separate
issue.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a Certificate of Compliance
provided they come in with a new filing for vista pruning.
Unanimous Vote.
Willo nd: Mr. Sherman stated plans are not adequate. He suggested, i
they agree not to file any others until they get this right, they could be
allowed to continue the hearings to prepare proper plans. They will all be
continued this evening.
Zoning Bylaw: In reviewing the bylaw, it talks about needing a variance
when you exceed 70'- as measured from Mean High Tie Lime. It became
apparent this may not ever have been intended for fresh water, even though
it has been applied all along. This was sent- to Town Counsel for an opim*on
that has not been received as yet.
