tp Town of Mashpee <br /> 16 Great Ark Road North <br /> Mashpee,Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In. accordance v ith the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 4 , <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> 25 May 2000 at 7;40 p.m. on the application of Brian Casey for restoration of a previously <br /> developed r iverfr�ont area at 440 Nathan Ellis Highway (Route 15 1), Assessors Map 72, <br /> Bloch 87. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission between the hours of 8:3 0 and 3:3 0,, Monday through Friday, <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will he published at <br /> least five 5 days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in To 1n Hall not less than forty-eight 4 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
