Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws,, a public hearing will he held at the Mashpee Town Mall on <br /> June 2000 at 8:30 p.m, on the application of Leonid Berovich for a stone retaining <br /> wall, blue stone walkway, repairs to existing patio and new plantings at 145 popponesset <br /> Island Road, Assessors Map 112, Block 15. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsirriumons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the of'f'ice of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:3 0 and 3-.3 0,Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five clays in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times.
