Unanimous vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 8:15 WILLIAM FARRINGTON, 42 Jonas Drive, continued from 11 May <br /> 2000. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this will have to be continued again. He is not satisfied <br /> with the plan. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 22 June 2000 <br /> at 7:50 p.m. if the applicant makes the request within five days, or <br /> the Commission will find positive. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 8:20 DUNHILL COMPANIES LTD to amend the Order of Conditions for <br /> SE 43-1767 to permit a revised footprint of the proposed Meuse at 3 Bight <br /> Circle. Brad Holmes was present. He advised the haybale lime wily be <br /> realigned to the o' ufrfe r. <br /> Ms Boretos stated the lot was clear cut prior to the on-site. This is a better <br /> plan, enlarging the buffer. They have to go to ZA for lot coverage. This was <br /> already dome. She recommended approval. <br /> Public comment: none. <br />
