r <br /> June 2000 <br /> Page 1 . <br /> 18 Nobs a Road: ' A house was permitted some years ago but was put in <br /> this year with a new owner. The stakes were not in the right place and the <br /> house is 6' off the lot line and a stairway is now on the adjoining lot which is <br /> Conservation land. The only way out is to put in a retaining wall at the let <br /> line to restore land degraded. Mr. Sherman suggested an enforcement order <br /> under the bylaw and the Act. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue an enforcement order ordering <br /> the removal of all encroachment on Conservation land and the <br /> filing of an acceptable plan to prevent further incursion. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he will have to amend the order of Conditions on his <br /> property also. <br /> The Commission was polled to go into Executive session to discuss pending <br /> litigation. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to go into Executive session and to not <br /> return to open session.,. <br /> Unanimous Vote.. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at :30 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Diana M.
