I ., <br /> In accordance with.the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172,, Rules and Regulations conte *ng wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Torn Hall on <br /> 22 June 2000 at 7:15 p.m. on the application of Patricia Beran for an addition, alterations <br /> and upgraded septic system for an existing residence at 156 Waterway, Assessors Map <br /> 105, Bloch 238. <br /> In accordance with the Notice ofIntent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hogs of 8:30 and 3:30, Monday through Friday, <br /> DOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tines.. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight 48 hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the wetlands Protection Act.
