1 <br /> ���t+ Town Mashpee <br /> ��• riL,r <br /> �4 <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Mules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 131, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held at the Ma.shpee Town Hall on <br /> 2 .lune 2000 at 7:40 p.m. on the application of Neal Wardwell for a lawn to conform to <br /> Ma hpee Chapter 172, Regulation 31; to enlarge the drive for turnaround; brick may; <br /> and landscape block retaining wall at 3 Santuit Pond Road, Assessors Map 17, Block 12. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpe Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of 8:3 0 and 3:3 0, Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: Notice of the public hearing, including cyte, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the 1lashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Tiriies. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection Regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
