5 <br /> MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> M 0 . <br /> inutes of 6 July 2000 <br /> Commissioners present: John Fitzsimmons, Elliot Rosenberg, Ralph <br /> Shaw, Carol Moore, Greg Wirsen. <br /> 6:55 PUBLIC COMMENT: Hone, <br /> 7:00 RICHARD UR, NI for a Determination of Applicability on a <br /> proposal to remove an existing entry stoop -and concrete block patio and <br /> install a wood geek and steps adjacent to the existing house foundation at 10 <br /> se onsett Point Road. Tony Ferragamo presenting. Part of the deck is in the <br /> flood zone. Ms Boretos recommended negative 2. Mr. Ferragamo advised his <br /> client wants to put a fence in also. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated that is not part of the filing and would have to be the <br /> subject of another request. <br /> Public comment: none, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find negative. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:05 PETER GOVONI, 113 Janes Circle, continued from 11 May 2000. <br /> Another continuance was requested to enable his consultant to attend. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing to 20 July 2000 <br /> at 8:55 p.m, at the request of the applicant. Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CONTINUED. <br /> 7:10 PRIME HOMES, 12 Wintergreen Road, continued from March 20 00. <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stepped do ' n: Mr. Sherman advised Paul Lelito is out of <br /> town. They were told the Bylaw would have to be changed and it would have <br /> to go to fall Ton Meeting. <br /> Public comment: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to deny without prejudice unless the <br /> Applicant withdraws the applicatio.n within ton day <br />
