8 : 50 Maurice Clare III-For landscape construction in <br /> Bordering vegetated Wetland and buffer zone at 14 Broomstick Way, <br /> Assessors Map 116, Block 30 . <br /> The Conservation Agent determined the notice had been <br /> written incorrectly, as landscaping construction would not b <br /> allowed within the Bordering vegetated Wetland. Readvertising <br /> and renotification is necessary. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested this matter has been continued at <br /> Applicant' s request, as there appear to be problems with the ; <br /> plan. <br /> MoTI Elliot Rosea made a Motion to continue this ratter <br /> to August 3, 2000 at 7:25 p.. . with readverti ing and <br /> veno i ication of an amended description of the project; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> 55 Peter Govoni, 113 James Circle, a continuance from <br /> May 11, coo-NOI . <br /> Mr. Sherman reported this natter~ is for a dock. The reason <br /> for continuance was that Massachusetts Natural Heritage had <br /> initially disapproved the project; since then an approved <br /> planting plan has been provided which will enhance habitat for <br /> the rare species involved. He recommended approval.. <br /> There being no public comment or further Commission <br /> discussion, the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosea made a Motion to Close; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Ralph Shaw and so voted unanimously. <br /> : 00 Gary D. Vitale-To construct and maintain a wooden <br /> walkway and float and to construct a 201 x 81 x ' landscape tae <br /> wall at 43 santuit Lane, Assessors Map 30, Block 5 . <br /> Mr. Sherman reported be suggested Applicant continue this <br /> matter as the Bea line has not been properly flagged. <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosen made a Motion to continue this matter, <br /> at Applicant ' s request, to August 3, 2000 at 8: 0-0 p.m. ; which <br /> Motion was seconded by Ralph Shag and so voted unanimously. <br /> Executive session <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosen made a Motion to enter into Executive <br /> Session; which Motion was duly seconded by Carol.
