Included in the project request i <br /> approval to abandon and fill an existing septic system. The <br /> house is sited at the minimum distance to septic and from the <br /> road layout to the reserve area. <br /> Mr. Rypher requested relief from the Commission regarding <br /> dimensions off the coastal bank, noting there is a ten (.10 ft. ) <br /> foot difference in reconstruction of the hose; and noting the <br /> location of the existing brick patio. He also made reference to <br /> the swimming pool, which has been downsized and is to be located <br /> along side the house, towards the coastal bank. The work limit <br /> from the coastal bank is approximately fifteen to twenty (15-20 <br /> ft. ) feet. <br /> An expansion of the existing two-car garage is also included <br /> in this application. A proposed lawn is being requested from the <br /> deck to the limit of work, to the pool area. <br /> The Commission determined Board of Health and Board and <br /> Appeals decisions are required in this matter, as well as a fee <br /> structure in the amount of $55. 00 . <br /> Diane Borts confirmed the set-back from the top of the <br /> coastal bank sloes not meet the thirty-five ft. ) foot minimum. <br />
