As a resident, a small fish kill is not upsetting. <br /> Mr. Sherman read a letter from orenda Wildlife 'Trus into 'the record <br /> expressing their concerns. <br /> Mr. Smith stated they are interested in moving forward with the project and <br /> would be prepared to meet next week, Mr. Sherman will see if Bill Fisher is <br /> available. <br /> The Chair suggested continuing to a date to be advertised, as soon as <br /> everyone is ready. Mr. Sherman suggested continuing to a date certain. <br /> Mr. smith asked if reconvene on the 24th with everything in place, is it <br /> confident that they could have an order of Conditions at that time. <br /> It was noted all materials to be provided must be in the Conservation office <br /> the Friday before the meeting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated given the importance of this project, -he would have the <br /> Order done by the next day, if the Commission tells him to do so. There is a <br /> 10 business clays ,appeal period. Mr. Smith stated that would work. They <br /> would have to coordinate this with Pat Huckery. <br /> The Chair called for a motion. - Ralph Shaw made the motion to continue the <br /> hearing to 24 August 2000 at 7:00 p.m. at the request of the applicant. <br /> Carol Moore seconded the motion. The Chair called for a vote. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue the hearing for AFCEE to <br /> 24 August 2000 at :oo p.m. at the request of the applicant. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> The meeting was adjourned from Conference Room 1-2 to Conference Room 3 <br /> in the lower level to go into Executive Session to discuss pending litigation <br /> and would not return to open session. The Commission was polled to go into <br /> Executive Session and the vote was unanimous. <br />
