3 August 2000 <br /> Page 9. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated they are asking for approval of a slightly larger float, <br /> still within limits. The other would not be stable. He recommended <br /> approval. <br /> Public-comment.- none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment as proposed. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> 4 <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> GEORGE BENWAY to demolish an existing garage, construct a new <br /> attached garage, room addition and install a new 'Title v septic system at 12 <br /> Popponesset Island load. John Slavinsky was present with Mr. Benway. <br /> Abutter notification receipts were provided. IVH slavins r advised the <br /> existing cesspool may be sitting in the ground water. There wi11 be n <br /> additional bedrooms. The addition above the garage is a bedroom but is not <br /> increasing bedrooms in number. <br /> Mr. Benway advised the house was built in 1941 and up to now a dining room <br /> has been used as a third bedroom. They want to eliminate that bedroom, use <br /> it as a den and put the bedroom on top of the garage with living area. Mr. <br /> Sherman asked if this room has closets? It does not. The third bedroom <br /> situation will have to be verified. Mr. Benway agreed. <br /> Public'comment:-none. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to continue to 7 September-too at <br /> -7:05 p.m. at the request of the applicant. Unanimous vote. <br />
