7V p <br /> du <br /> Town Mas' hpee <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> r" <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Conservation Bylaw, Chapter <br /> 172, Rules and Regulations concerning wetlands, and Chapter 13 1, Section 40, <br /> Massachusetts General Daws, a public hearing will be held at the Mashpee Town Mall on <br /> 17 August 2000 at 8:15 p.m. on the application of lNew Seaham Properties ITC to <br /> construct a 5 bedroom dwelling, septic system, driveway, utilities and landscaping at 23 <br /> Alma Road, Assessors Map 111, Block 267. <br /> In accordance with the Notice of Intent and plans on file with the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission. <br /> John J. Fitzsimmons <br /> Chairman <br /> Copies of the' Notice of Intent may be examined at the office of the Mashpee � <br /> Conservation Commission between the hours of :30 and 3:30,Monday through Friday. <br /> NOTE: l otice,of the public hearing, including date, time and place, will be published at <br /> least five days in advance in the Mashpee Enterprise or Cape Cod Times. Notice will <br /> also be posted in Town Hall not less than forty-eight hours in advance. <br /> You may also contact the nearest Department of Environmental Protection regional <br /> Office for more information about this application or the Wetlands Protection Act.
